I have been very busy recently, and my mood is not high. After thinking about it yesterday, I still have to work hard and have an attitude.

The recent chapters are basically interventional and endoscopic surgery to solve problems. Just like the treatment of anastomotic leakage after esophageal cancer surgery recently, I still remember that I met the first patient with anastomotic leakage in 2002, and it took two full months of treatment before he was discharged from the hospital.

Since then, I have been particularly afraid of problems with the anastomotic stoma. After the stapler is finished, I have to carefully hang the four corners of the needle for peace of mind.

But now with the advancement of technology, equipment, and materials, it is estimated that it will no longer be a big deal in the future.

Surgical trauma in the future will be smaller and smaller, and recovery will be faster and faster. Perhaps after 2 or 30 years, surgery will gradually withdraw from the stage of history.
