Chapter 850: Broken Appointment
This is something that many people cannot understand.
This is the so-called behavioral difference brought about by different ideas. There is no doubt that Ernie's perspective is firmly Dumbledore's, and Lavender and others are still willing to believe in a more official explanation than individuals.
This is what the Ministry of Magic has accumulated over the centuries, making more wizards willing to believe what they say and decide.
Judgment is particularly important here, but people like Ernie who directly state his position without caring about other people's opinions are really rare in Hogwarts.
However, today's class still has to continue. For Fanlin, this is not a wonderful experience. Most of the content of the ordinary wizard level examination requires some theoretical filling for him, and Hermione, As long as you master the magic spell, you can pass the ordinary wizard level exam.
However, they had to prepare for the final wizard exam.
Without surprising anyone, Sprout also started the class by talking about the importance of the ordinary wizard title exam.
In fact, Harry wished all teachers would start stopping doing it.
He was starting to feel uneasy now. He had a stomach-turning feeling and realized how much work he still had to do.
And this feeling worsened significantly when Professor Sprout assigned them a paper.
After Professor Sprout introduced a new fertilizer after growing tired of the smelly dragon droppings, the Gryffindor students walked back to the tower in single file.
After an hour and a half, no one said much anymore; it had been another very long day.
Harry was about to begin his first five o'clock confinement with Umbridge when he was starting to get very hungry. He went straight to dinner without even returning his bag to Gryffindor Tower, so that he could leave behind the things she had left with him.
Just as they reached the entrance of the hall, a loud, angry voice said, "Oh, Potter!"
"So what?" he complained feebly, turning to face Angelina, who looked agitated.
"I'll tell you what it is right now," she said, coming up and poking him hard in the chest with her finger. "How can you be late at five o'clock on a Friday?"
"What?" Harry said, "Ah, by the way, goalkeeper tryouts!"
"Now you remember!" Angelina yelled, "Didn't I tell you that I wanted to do a team test, find someone who can work well with everyone! I didn't tell you that I booked a special Quidditch A strange place? And you decided not to go!”
"I didn't decide not to go!" Harry said aggrievedly, hurt by these unfair words. "I was imprisoned by that woman Umbridge for telling her the truth about He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named."
"Of course, you can go to her place and ask her if you can take a day off," Angelina said excitedly, "I don't care how you do it, as long as you want to tell her that He Who Cannot Be Named is just your fantasy. Fictional, but you have to come.”
Angelina didn't stay too long, turned around and left in a flash.
"What do you know?" Harry said to Ron, Fanlin and Hermione as they entered the building. "I think we'd better check out the puddlemere alliance during training before any hope of resolving things is lost. Angelina will be stubborn."
"Why do you think it would be difficult to ask Umbridge for leave?" Ron asked doubtfully.
"There's almost zero hope," Harry said somewhat dejectedly, tapping his wand on his plate and starting to eat.
"I better try, right? Two more detentions or something, I don't know." His mouth was full of potatoes. "I hope she won't keep me too late tonight, you know we I have to write three papers, practice the vanishing spell for Professor McGonagall, practice the summoning spell for Professor Fitch, complete the plant chart, and start writing Professor Trauni's stupid dream diary?"
"Oh, this isn't really Harry." Fan Lin said, "In fact, the four subjects are just right. We should be lucky that the Care of Magical Creatures class didn't ask for more."
Ron groaned and looked at the ceiling. "It looks like it's going to rain."
"What does this have to do with our homework?" Hermione raised her eyelashes.
"It doesn't matter." Ron lowered his head and said, he was just looking for something else to vent his energy.
"Maybe..." Fan Lin hesitated, "I suggest you take some time to deal with Angelina's matter, or Ron can help you. Anyway, I don't think Umbridge is so easy to solve. If possible, I still hope you can protect yourself and don't take her to heart."
"What can she do to me? Work? Copy?" Harry said in surprise.
"Maybe." Fan Lin shrugged, "I'm not sure, but it's definitely not a good thing. Anyway, she didn't invite you over for tea, right?"
"Oh, forget it, I won't go if she invites me." Harry said, "If she is willing to accept my statement, in my opinion, it is too late now."
"I don't think this statement is valid." Fan Lin said, then put away the book handed over by Hermione.
"However, I don't recommend that you antagonize her in her office." Hermione continued, "You know, that woman doesn't want to be as nice as she appears."
"Kindness?" Ron said loudly, "That pink toad? Why have I never found her to be kind?"
"Oh, this is indeed true, but this is the feeling she tried hard to pretend. There is no doubt that there will always be some people who believe it, just like most people are willing to believe the Daily Prophet." Fan Lin said calmly. said.
"That's definitely something wrong with their eyes and brains." Harry said angrily, "They don't even know what happened, or what you or I went through."
"Keep your voice down, Harry." Hermione said quickly, "This is not an issue that can be discussed in the Great Hall."
"This is because they are blind." Harry said angrily, but then he suppressed his voice.
Fan Lin was right, he was becoming more and more irritable now, which was not a good phenomenon. Harry vaguely felt that something was wrong with him, but this feeling...
"I'm full." Harry said angrily, "You guys can help me deal with Angelina's place. I'll go negotiate with that woman and see if I can..."
"Wish you good luck..." (To be continued)
