Chapter 182 Voldemort's Target
Lucius was lying on the stretcher, wolfing down the food brought by Narcissa. Draco beside him kept crying, as if mourning, which made him upset.
"Okay, don't cry." Lucius said irritably, "I'm not dead yet!"
Draco stopped crying immediately and covered his mouth with his palms, making a choked sound between his fingers.
What Lucius said is true. He is indeed not dead, only half of his life is gone:
There is a scar on the left half of the face, rolling up the skin on the face like a canyon torn on a glacier. The nose is broken into two parts, and there is a layer of blood scab on the tip of the nose.
My left hand was so stiff that I couldn't move it, and there were frightening blood-filled blisters on it, as big as cockroaches.
Narcissa looked at Lucius with a pale face. She wiped her tears and said, "Why are you so seriously injured?"
"My wand was knocked off by a troll at the beginning, otherwise I wouldn't be in such a mess." Lucius sighed heavily and said:
"Luckily I had a second wand and found Goyle and Crabbe in time, otherwise I might have died inside."
Narcissa choked with sobs and said in a trembling voice: "There are two more projects to come, so you'd better not come again..."
"If you don't come, you will suffer the backlash from the Magical Contract of the Goblet of Fire. You have to come." Lucius' face was terrifyingly gloomy, his fists clenched, and he said with an angry look on his face:
"Sooner or later I will pay back all the suffering I have suffered these days!"
Narcissa burst into tears. She was afraid that she would become a helpless widow before that day came.
Malfoy has so many enemies, why won't he be bullied by them?
It was like the night of the Quidditch World Cup final, when her husband was watching, and Rolf Scamander dared to do that to her...
If Lucius was not here one day, she couldn't imagine how she would be bullied when she met Scamander again.
Counting on son Draco? He was afraid that he would be there to persuade him to give in.
When Lucius saw Narcissa crying sadly, he thought she was crying because he was hurt, so he took her hand and comforted her:
"Okay, don't cry. The day of revenge won't be too long ago. By the way...except the three of us, who else survived?"
"Three people died." A voice suddenly sounded in the distance.
"In addition to the three of you, there are also brother and sister Carlo and little Ada Avery alive, but they are all seriously injured like you, so you don't need to be mentally unbalanced."
Lucius suddenly looked up and found Sirius and Lupin, striding towards him.
The enemies were extremely jealous when they met. Lucius gritted his teeth, his face was gloomy, and he stared at the two of them with eyes full of hatred.
Seeing the barely suppressed anger in Lucius's eyes, Narcissa was afraid that the two sides would start fighting again, so she quickly used her slender fingers to hold Lucius's wrist and thought, and at the same time, she accused him first:
"Sirius, Lucius is your brother-in-law. You treat him like this...your behavior...is really outrageous..."
"Heinous?" Sirius sneered, "The things your master did to James and Lily are what we call heinous."
"You also said that the Dark Lord did it, so it has nothing to do with us." Narcissa retorted.
"Oh, so you think your husband Malfoy is as innocent as raising the white peacocks in your yard?"
Sirius's vicissitudes of life was covered with a shadow of anger. He roared angrily and filial piety:
"Why don't you ask your husband where Caradoc Dearborn disappeared; how did the Prewett brothers die?
And there was Costo Abbot's little daughter, who was just a swaddled baby when she was killed! "
Narcissa and Draco turned pale.
"I still remember how the Death Eaters killed innocent people indiscriminately during the Wizarding War!"
Sirius said coldly: "Three Death Eaters have just died, can't you bear it?
My original goal was to reduce the number of employees by two-thirds, but there are still two projects left. Malfoy... I hope you can stick to it and don't die too soon. "
Lucius felt a chill pierce his whole body, he pursed his lips and did not answer.
…
…
The silent and dark room was surrounded by flickering candlelight and heavy shadows.
A figure floated in mid-air, and a golden flame suddenly ignited on his body, bright and hot, and it swallowed him up at an unimaginable speed.
Under the burning of the flames, the man's whole body felt a sharp pain. The feeling was very similar to being hit by Avada Kedavra, and he let out an inhuman cry.
A woman walked over quickly and asked in panic: "Master... Master... are you okay?"
After a long time, Voldemort shook his head and said in a hoarse voice:
"I'm fine. I didn't go to the Triwizard Tournament and was bitten by the contract from the Goblet of Fire. But it doesn't matter. I've gone far enough on the road to immortality. This kind of magic can't kill me."
Voldemort looked at the woman and asked, "Why are you here suddenly?"
The woman was silent for a moment and whispered: "Master, I just received the news that Sean Nott, Green Selwyn and Masoch Rozier are all dead..."
Voldemort took a deep breath, trying his best not to reveal his anger and murderous intent too obviously. After a moment, he sneered:
"Excellent. Dumbledore and his Order members did a great job, trapping me and my Death Eaters with the Goblet of Fire and killing them with the Triwizard Tournament."
"To be honest, I have to thank Dumbledore." Voldemort said coldly:
"I have no body, as powerless as the weakest creature, hiding in the distant Albanian forest, waiting for my loyal Death Eaters... I have waited for more than ten years... but I never saw them."
"Since then, I know they are not my most loyal servants... They all deserve to die... They died well!"
Voldemort praised, but he was extremely angry in his heart. He suddenly narrowed his eyes and said with an imposing manner:
"But it should be me who punishes my servants, not be killed by others!"
Voldemort's lipless mouth twitched into a smile, and said: "When I am resurrected, I will make Dumbledore pay a heavy price."
The man raised He raised his head, looked at the woman and asked, "Have you investigated what I asked you to investigate?"
"I have found the owner. Harry Potter is at Hogwarts. He has mentioned his home address to others. It is at 4 Privet Drive, Little Whinging, Surrey."
"Very good." Voldemort sneered, "Because of Potter's mother's magic, I can't get close to there. You should catch that guy carefully."
The woman immediately knelt on the ground and said humbly, "Yes, master."
After the woman left, Voldemort looked at a stone sculpture not far away:
It was engraved with a mountain symbol, two five-pointed stars and a shield with a short sword, and two jumping greyhounds on both sides of the shield.
At the bottom, there was a line of French engraved:
Toujours Pur
