1921 Unforgivable!

The issues regarding the three states of Nagali are still being discussed in detail.

The federal government needs a big list, they only elect governors.

The governor in turn elects state government staff, as well as the mayor.

The mayor then needs to select the city hall staff himself.

This is a large list, which may involve the transfer of positions of thousands of people.

This does not include personnel transfers in some vertical management systems, such as the Federal Tax Service.

The list will be released in March and announced in April. Around the end of May or the beginning of June, these talents will arrive in Nagaril one after another.

The reconstruction work there is still in progress, and it may take them two years to complete the basic reconstruction.

Then it will take another two years to complete the most basic plans for the three states.

In fact, this is not very fair to the governors who passed first, because they cannot enjoy the fun of power and will only run around in all kinds of troubles all day long.

They need to rebuild the city and the entire social system, and they need to take into account the views of the indigenous people of Nagaril.

The establishment of the new three states was not only to prepare for the federal legal annexation of Nagalir, but also to complete the work of differentiation among the classes in Nagalili.

There are so many poor people in Nagaril, and it is impossible to integrate them all into the federal social system.

The method proposed by Congress before has effectively solved this problem.

They will move the wealthy Nagali people to live in the three new states, while those without money will stay in the central and western areas of Nagali.

The rich Nagarils will gradually become federal people, and the poor will remain poor and still Nagarils, not federal people.

This approach is very helpful to achieve federal rule, so there are no changes in the plan.

Catherine should be very busy during this time. After the Presidential Palace announced three new governors, many people who want to seek mayor of a city will use her connections.

Without governor appointment, although the presidential palace can directly appoint the leaders of the lower-level administrative units, this is a method that breaks the rules after all.

The presidential palace wouldn't do that, so they had to go to Catherine.

Mr. Trueman has many things on his mind. In fact, the reconstruction work in Sedoras is also in progress.

The reunification of the two nations created many vacant positions, and they wanted the Federation to help.

And Marillo.

The future President Marillo is still living in the Federation and still working hard on his studies.

Mariro is now basically controlled by the federations.

In the past few years, the Federation has become more and more influential in the world, and it actually controls more and more areas.

This is pride and responsibility.

His thoughts were scattered in a disorderly manner, and somehow they came back to a certain point.

Mr. Trueman mentioned something that he thought was very interesting, "Catherine appointed the president of the state Senate, and everyone had some different opinions on her appointment."

Lynch thought of the journalism professor who had been helping Catherine for several years.

Her political ability is unquestionable, but she has been lacking an opportunity. Lynch also thinks that there is no problem with her selection.

After all, Nagaril is far away from the federal mainland. Whether it is the Congress or the Presidential Palace, it does not have much influence over there.

The state government and the state assembly have become the two carriages of the ruling class.

As long as the two of them cooperate well, there won't be any problems.

Lynch tried to guess the reason, "They don't want someone to break the unspoken rules of the parliament?"

Mr. Trueman nodded in agreement, "Since the founding of the Federation, no woman has walked into Parliament, whether it is a state parliament or a parliament."

"The list you submitted broke this rule. They are worried about whether a woman becoming the president of the state Senate will affect Congress."

"If someone doesn't come out, they will take action soon."

City councilors do not belong to the parliamentary system. Anyone can become a city councilor without any background, qualifications, or even a dog.

Being a city councilman is not a comfortable, powerful job either.

It is undeniable that some people with big political backgrounds do well in the position of city councillors, but not everyone can do that.

They are not interested in whether there are female members of the city council, but women are not allowed in state and federal parliaments.

Lynch frowned, "What do you think?"

Mr. Trueman didn't understand immediately, "What do you mean?"

“The matter of women entering parliament.”

A smile broke out on Mr. Trueman's face. "That's sexist, Lynch."

“Catherine and Tracey are both outstanding women who do a great job and have high approval ratings where they work.”

"This shows that women are not without political wisdom. The ideas of some old-timers in Congress should be changed."

He knew Lynch's hope for Catherine. If nothing else happened, Catherine would run for president of the Federation.

But it is impossible for her to elect the president when she is in her thirties or forties. That is impossible!

The federal government is unlikely to allow a woman to run for president at such a young age, and it is difficult for the social environment to evolve to such a high level of civilization in such a short period of time.

What should Catherine do when she returns from several years as governor of Nagaril?

She can't directly enter the party and serve, right?

There are far fewer positions within the Progressive Party than there are in federal public offices. If Catherine wants to join the party, a position must be vacated in the party.

You ask a former governor to start from the bottom, which is not appropriate either.

She must be given a more important position.

The full-time positions in each department will definitely not work, so you have to choose one of the first deputy positions in each department.

But even if it is a deputy position, it is still difficult.

And it would also reduce Catherine's influence, which is not the best choice.

The best option is for her to continue to expand her influence and continue to run for governor from some states, or...

Enter Congress.

A senator running for president is the most authentic route in federal politics, while going from city councilor, to mayor, to governor, to congressional senator, and then running for president is more in line with the route of a star politician.

Not to mention that her political starting point was as an intern at the Presidential Palace!

Mr. Trueman reminded Lynch not entirely out of consideration for Catherine's future, but more because he hoped Lynch could stand with him and fight against Congress.

In other words, against some stubborn political forces.

It was obviously impossible for him to directly ask Lynch to do that, and it was too devoid of political means.

But when Lynch's interests coincided with his own again, he no longer had so many worries.

He looked at Lynch expectantly, looking forward to his performance.

Lin Qi's brows gradually widened, "Historical development tells us that those who fall behind will inevitably be eliminated, and no one can stop this!"

Mr. Trueman agreed, "Indeed!"

When he came out of the presidential palace...no, it should be said that when Mr. Trueman told him that the professor had been criticized by some people in Congress, he realized that this was actually a signal sent to him by Mr. Trueman.

He has to "bite" someone, and this matter is indeed related to his own vital interests.

Because he wanted to run not just Catherine alone in the Senate, but other people, women.

The biggest concern people have about female politicians is that they are too emotional, and they tend to ignore rational choices and results because of their emotions.

Sometimes they just oppose for the sake of opposing, or agree for the sake of agreeing, never considering the series of interests behind it.

Just like if you tell the women around you that those skin care products don't actually have much effect on the skin, they will just think that you are just unwilling to spend money, instead of thinking about whether what you are telling the truth.

When such a person enters the highest political hall in the federation, the Congress, it is difficult not to make a mess here!

Lynch would not object before, but now, he will.

Mr. Trueman gave him several names of MPs who were very clear opponents of women entering the parliamentary system.

When Lynch returned home, he called Landa directly and asked her to come over.

Landa has always been in Bupen and has not left. She has the same ambitions and desires as Tracy, so it is even more impossible to leave the core of this politics.

When she arrived she was somewhat different from last time, a little more confident.

Because of the money, or so Lynch thought.

In fact, regardless of men or women, as long as they have money, they will have confidence.

There is a direct relationship between the amount of self-confidence and the amount of money.

After Landa sat down, Lynch asked directly, "Do you know...?"

Landa nodded quickly, but didn't say yes. She just said she knew, not that she knew him.

Who knows what Lin Qi's attitude is. To understand this relationship, both parties must have some friendship, which is tantamount to dead talk.

Knowing is just knowing. You can recognize it or not. This gives you enough space.

Lynch continued, "She was recently nominated to serve as state senate president for one of the three newly formed states of Nagali, but some in Congress opposed the nomination because of her status as a woman."

Randa was stunned for a moment, and then she realized what she was doing. She became angry and whispered in a vicious tone, "This is blatant gender discrimination against women!"

As soon as he finished speaking, his expression changed a little, "What do you mean..."

Feminist organizations, and the entire top leadership, have never really wanted to fight for the cause of women's rights.

They all regard this organization and their own identity as a label to seek their own interests.

Lo and behold, the merchants' wares gain favor among women, and the likes of Lady Tracy gain political influence.

Except for the middle and lower classes, who would really pay attention to whether women will be discriminated against?

Sexism is just a knife, a knife that gets better and better!
