Bitten Tongue

The sequelae of yesterday, I am gargling with saline.

It hurts when I speak, and there is a white circle on my tongue. Are there any book friends who study medicine who can tell me whether I should go to the hospital in this case? I checked online and it seems that I don’t need to. I hope it doesn’t develop into an ulcer. I can only drink porridge these days.
